P2R J Series RWD Front Head Water Flange is threaded with -16an for maximum water flow. Includes stainless bolts, and 16an fitting. Designed for vehicles with tight firewall clearance that requires water to come out on a 90 degee angle. 1/8"npt pipe thread port on the side that can be used for aftermarket water temp sensor.
